1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Swippez (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

Swippez grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal use on iOS devices you own or control.

3. App Functionality

Swippez is a photo sorting application that allows you to:

Sort photos from your device's photo library
Mark photos for deletion or keeping
Manage your photo collection efficiently

Important: Deleted photos are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" album and can be recovered for 30 days before permanent deletion, as per iOS standard behavior.

4. Premium Features

Swippez offers a Premium version with the following terms:

One-time purchase: Premium is a one-time, non-recurring purchase
No subscription: You will never be charged again after the initial purchase
Lifetime access: Premium features remain active for the lifetime of the App
Features: Unlimited daily photo sorting (free version has a 25-photo daily limit)

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple according to their refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.

6. Data and Privacy

All photo processing happens locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your photos or personal data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or modify the App
Not use the App for any illegal purposes
Back up important photos before using the App (we recommend regular backups)

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a reliable service:

We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
We are not responsible for data loss (always back up your photos)
We recommend testing the App with non-important photos first

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alessio (the developer) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or photos.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.

13. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and guidelines.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Alessio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
